  • Settled on a seventeenth century wing from the former São Lourenço College, the Sacred Art and Archaeology Museum presents a remarkable collection, rich and diverse, thus being a dynamic space of artistic life, open to the community, dedicating a thorough attention to the preservation and divulgation of its collections. The highlight goes to the Room Irene Vilar and to the permanent exhibition gallery, where one can find pieces dating between the 13th and the 21st centuries, especially religious sculpture.
