Missão Verão (Mission: Summer) I PORTO – Holiday Camp 2010
Holidays full of action, adventure and new experiences.
The activities will take place at Monte Aventino, Pavilhão Rosa Mota,Porto Beaches, City Park, Municipal Swimming pools, Museums, Bessa Stadium and other spaces in the city.
Sports, workshops, cinema, swimming and playing in the swimming pools, search games, treasure hunting are some of the activities you can do.
These holiday camps are for children and youngsters aged between 6 and 15 years old.
They will be monitored by specialized staff.
At the end of each week all participants will gather at the beach, in front of the Park of the City, for a great farewell party.
Activities:
tennis, cardio fitness, traditional games, handball, basketball, football, gymnastics, rugby, water sports/activities, search games, orienteering sports, mini-golf, workshops, visits to museums and other relevant spaces of the city, beach activities.
Target-audience: children and youngsters from 6 to 15 years old.
Time: from Monday to Friday from 8:45 to 18:00.

The Paper Money room reveals the history of Money in Portugal.

Digitópia
Platform for the Development of Digital Music Communities, Digitopia is a space available free to everybody, seating in an innovative concept of making and sharing music. It is an artistic project with a universal dimension, where each citizen can write his own music, carry it (pen or MP3, for example) and, if wanted, share it with other creators, present or via digital networks.

Sound=Space
Electronic virtual instrument that transforms into sounds the movement that takes place in a certain space, Sound=Space is one of the most interesting creation proposals from Casa da Música, available to the public, presenting excellent results at art, education and therapy levels. A laughing choir, a twitter or a full orchestra, everything is possible to awake with a simple gesture, allowing everyone to feel like a performer.
