It is personal and non-transferable;
To be valid it must be filled in with the holder’s name and the validity date;
It gives access to each free entrance only once and it has an unlimited access in most of the shops allowing discounts;
To benefit from the discount you must show your card before payment;
In case of already existing promotions or special discounts, the associate entity may not allow the Porto Card discount;
If the user holds other cards or discount tittles, it is up to the respective entity to decide whether they can be used together with the Porto Card;
Before visiting a museum or a monument or going to a restaurant, the card holder must be certain that it is open;
The user must bear his Porto Card and its Guidebook and show it at the associate entities.
Transport services are unlimited during the validity period of the card. The transport ticket must be validated for each transport, and for each trip.
